Three links is for the pipeline branch at a pipe fitting. In terms of the three links of seamless pipe manufacturing, the process usually
used hydraulic bulging and hot forming two.
a. Hydraulic Bulging

links, to open a hole in the stretch manifold parts; tube by heating, into the forming die and the tube loaded tensile manifold die blank;
tube under pressure, radial compression, radial compression process in the metal flow to the direction of branch pipe and the formation of a
branch pipe die tensile. The whole process is forming the radial compression of the tube and manifold parts of the drawing process.
Hydraulic bulging tee, hot pressing three links-branch tube metal is compensated by the radial movement of the tube, also known as radial
compensation process.
