External lubricants

Lubricant in the plastics processing flowability of the resin to improve the releasability and products to prevent the machine or mold adhesion and internal defects.

General increase in the molding cavity or onto the surface. Common PVC lubricants are fatty acids and their salts, long chain aliphatic hydrocarbons. The mechanism of

action based lubricants can be divided into external PVC lubricant and internal lubricant.
(1) External Lubricant: The lubricant for molding resin compatibility is poor, so commonly used in the molding machine or the mold, it forms a lubricating layer

between the resin, to facilitate resin flow and mold release products such as paraffin.
(2) an intenal lubricant : Lubricant such good compatibility with the resin, often incorporated into the resin, reduce the melt viscosity of the resin, to improve

their mobility. Such as butyl stearate, lead stearate. Stearic acid salts as well a lubricant is effective stabilizers.
